I wanted one file that tells me what's due this week, keeps the receipts straight for tax time, and has the shutoff locations written down before I need them. This home maintenance checklist spreadsheet is that file.
Open it, pick the features your home has, and the due dates fill in on their own. The Dashboard shows what's overdue, what's next and what you've spent on the house this year.
